Prerequisites

You need a host/superuser account to be able to perform the steps outlined in this article. Hosts have full permissions to all sites in the DNN instance.

Process

1. Go to Persona Bar > Settings > Site Settings.
   
   
   
   

2. Go to Site Behavior > More.
   
   
   
   

3. Configure the versioning options for Pages and for Files/Assets.
   
   
   
   
   

   Field	Description
   Enable Page Versioning	If enabled (On), the most recent versions of versioning-enabled Page/File/Asset are stored, up to the specified maximum number of versions.
   Enable File Versioning
   Maximum Number of Page Versions Kept	The maximum number of versions stored. For Pages, this value must be from 1 to 20. For Files/Assets, this value must be from 5 to 25.

4. Click Save.
